Dental Fee InformationGo Back to Home

Our fees for dental treatment are in accordance with Manitoba Dental Association Fee Guide. We understand that dental treatment can be costly. While our goal is to provide you with the best dental treatment available, we are mindful that this may not be an economic reality for some people. We will try to work with you to provide you with the best possible dental treatment that suits your circumstances.

Please note that all fees charged by our office are your responsibility to pay regardless of insurance coverage.

Dental Insurance

We accept assignment of dental insurance plans. This means that on the day of treatment, we will submit the fees for your dental treatment to your insurance company electronically. Usually, your insurance provider immediately returns an advice in real time indicating the amount that they will be paying for your treatment. You will be billed any portion of the fees that is not covered by your insurance provider. Payment of these fees is required on the day of treatment.

Pre-Determination of Dental Benefits

For more extensive dental treatment, we will submit a pre-determination of dental benefits to your insurance provider to determine your insurance coverage. Once this advice is received from your insurance provider, we will determine the amount of the fee that your dental insurance will cover and the amount for which you will be responsible. A letter outlining the breakdown of these fees will be sent to you.

No Dental Insurance

If you do not have dental insurance or if your insurance company does not indicate how much they will be paying, you will be responsible for full payment of your fees on the day of treatment. The payment types we accept are: Interac, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Cash and Cheque.

If you have any questions regarding dental fees and your dental insurance coverage, please do not hesitate to speak with one of our dental reception staff.
